Rules for Wearing Shorts: A Reprise

With this lovely weather I feel the need to reprise a previous post about how to wear a pair of shorts.

- If your shirt is a shirt and not a dress and it covers your shorts.. it means your shorts are TOO SHORT.

- If your shorts cut into your legs around the hem so you get a muffin-top on your thighs… your shorts are TOO TIGHT.

- If your shorts reveal that part of your upper thigh that rubs together… your shorts are TOO SHORT.

- If your shorts expose that crease where your butt meets your thigh… your shorts are TOO SHORT.

- If your shorts ride up and give you camel toe… you shorts are TOO SHORT and TOO TIGHT.

- If your shorts are roughly the shape, size and fit of your granny panty underwear… your shorts are TOO SHORT and TOO TIGHT.

Don’t get me wrong, I like embracing women’s bodies in all shapes and sizes. That does not mean you can wear whatever you want. I know I can’t wear whatever I want and expect to look good. But I am tired of seeing girl’s asses hanging out of the bottom of their pants. I’m tired of feeling uncomfortable because her cottage-cheesy thighs are jigglin’ around and rubbing together.

Love your body. Dress appropriately.

Call me mean if you want, but shorts are hard to wear and I think girls have been buying them 2 sizes too small lately. Not attractive.
