I was flipping through Jen’s copy of this at work and it gradually occurred to me that there is a reason that I always got away with chowing down on those chilly-cheese burgers while my girlfriend’s ate salad while we generally gained and lost the same amount of weight.
This book proves that the chilly-cheese burger is often one of the lower calorie items on a menu. Okay, maybe just the cheeseburger. But seriously - I went to Cheesecake Factory and was going to order a chicken sandwich until I looked at the calorie count. Sandwich - almost 2000 calories with fries Cheeseburger - 650 with fries
The salads are just as bad. So HA! to all the girls telling me to eat a salad. Bite my chilly-cheese burger ass.
